Objectively, the people suggesting there won't be share cancellation without a RS split are providing more information to back their case. Whether they're right or not is another thing, but most prudent investors glancing at this board will take their word for it.
I still like this stock for the reverse merger but I think the share cancellation ship hype may be on it's way out.
