The fact is that it hovered around .12-.13 for several months, so that it has not yet receded back there reflects something.

You can't ignore the fact that for at least twice now KBLB has issued news just to follow it with the R/S announcement, hoping the news will stick and everyone will ignore the R/S.

It's time for KBLB to face the fact: any PR announced will not move the PPS very much until there is delivery of a metric ton or more, aka proof of production ability.
