That's exactly my way of thinking. If it's legalized on a national level there will be no need for a niche banking market such as Finncann...the financial giants will certainly step in to grab hold of 90% or more of the multibillion dollar kitty. I scaled way back in my holdings on this because the legitimacy doesn't completely add up and when coupled with very little movement with fins and PR's..I am treating it more like an extremely risky lotto play.
