I agree that we don’t know for sure the unasserted claims are for a legal right to reduce the shares. So definitely take what you hear with a grain of salt. In my opinion there aren’t many things worth legally fighting for in this arena when you’re dealing with already sold shells. This isn’t a battle for ownership.

Anyway we’re about to find out and with our without a share reduction, this is going up. But with one, it will go parabolic :)
