It looks to me like the US market is getting pretty saturated with GPS technology. Since HISS has always had its eye on foreign markets, this may end up being where the bulk of their contracts come from. Hopefully they still have their eyes peeled for overseas opportunities!!!

When everyone actually IS out to get you, being paranoid is just smart thinking.
