This is a very inneresting situation. The only sane move for Bennie to make is to plead~OUTT and take a deal, whereby he will be financially ruined (which is already essentially is) butt will receive minimal prison time. If his attorney is wise, he will 'splain to Bennie that this is his only non-bonehead option. If Bennie goes to trial, he will lose and he will gett a much worse prison sentence than if he cooperates.

Of course, DaFoleyFelon-Coyote is plumb ~OUTT of good options. His only real course is delay - to delay the date that he will enter Federal prison, almost certainly never to emerge alive from it. So Coyote has to take this to trial, which will force LarcenousLisa, DullardJeffy, and BennieBIGhouse to have to testify against him to save their own arses. And all for naught. Just to buy DaCoyote a delay of DaPain of DaHole.

Butt this is how Coyote rolls. He leaves a trail of damaged lives in his felonious wake. He is mentally incapable of doing otherwise. It is like watching a moth fly into the flame.
