Just got off the phone with a TD rep and he was equally puzzled as to why there is a halt on this. He said that their brokers are being ultra cryptic in their replies and that there is no time line on when it will be open to buy/sell again. I asked if we can execute trades on the phone, the answer was no and that the best bet is to either ride it out or transfer them to a different company.

I've seen that there has been a resolve (screen shots on Twitter/Stocktwits) but he was unable to confirm. Gamesss
