Here’s what I found so far on $BZWR. The company, Business Warrior, and its software product “Scout” look HOT to me, and Business Warrior would seem to have the potential for virtually unlimited growth as more clients adopt its platform. >>52-week high of .11 on two separate occasions

>>An acceptable amount of convertible debt with decent terms: much of it ($85K worth) converts at either .04 or the greater of .05 or 50% of the average of the five lowest closing prices during the previous 20 trading days, with a maturity date in 2023. The rest ($115K) converts at .02 to .025 or 50% of the last 20 trading days with a maturity date in Sept 2021 and 2023. None of it should affect pps in the near term, though there may be a few days of downward pressure on the pps after September until that's worked through.
