Fishergal...there products and sales are 100% legit...the SEC screwed RBII for wording on their marketing material and some prs...it wasnt intentional, it was interpreted with a slanted view imo. To get back to trading, last I head was they filed the appropriate documents, but I have no idea how long its going take...I have not sold a single share...own everything and then some...the good news is this will be 20% tax declaration for a long term investment instead of 35%...We should all EMAIL ART & CALL THE COMPANY and DISTRIBUTORS and report back...I have not called anyone in a few months....but may this week.
