It must have something to do with how your "Positions" page is setup. On mine I click on "My Account" right under the green TDA logo in the upper left. Then I click on "Positions".

A screen appears that is titled "My Account: Positions". Right above the list of all my stocks and positions is a banner that shows my current balance, Cash & Cash Alts, Avail for Withdrawal, Avail Funds for Trading, and then Non-Marginal Funds.

If your main screen is not showing this information I suggest you call TDA and get assistance on where it is. Hope this helps!
