Like I said. Some here apparently don't know how or why the penny and bb OTC markets exist or work. (If the shoe fits, wear it).

Some do turn into scams, and many do not. Interesting how you and a few others only comment on the few bad ones. What evidence do you have that this (OBCN) is a scam? Let's have it!

Also, you are correct some what. Some shell's can be purchased for little, while others vary in costs. Depends on the baggage they carry.

Try typing SPAC's for shell listings. Review them and their listing (asking) prices. You will see where they came from and maybe where they are going.

Additionally, try researching shell companies and why they are very useful for companies to get to up-listing status versus doing a direct IPO. (Hint: Has to do with cost(s).

Anyway I know you from many years ago. You said you sold out at a loss. Why are you still here? And don't PM me and ask me who I was like you did before.
