CFO agreed to stay on for continuity.... I thought that mPhase Wouldn’t file for another 3 months or better when they changed auditors and accepted cutchens resignation at the same time, but their K was pretty quick after that occurred.... I agree with NT-10k though

Addendum:

Cutchens agreed to stay on till January 8th.... so around a month of him working with new accounting firm....
