So, the Rotmans are going to "Spin-off" the only asset that Vystar has making any revenue???

This is nothing more than the Rotmans making a another stock piggy bank for themselves. That's it. Bubbie is going to need more stock to sell as VYST is almost at it's limit!

I'm sure the SEC is gonna love seeing Vystar spinning off the only revenue bearing asset of the company.
