Well if he is on money tv then 99.9% it's a scam. Now the thing is that HALB made a huge run from the Sub pennies and had been trading much higher. One thing for certain HALB is a fantastic stock to trade as it always jumps much higher when it's brought down. $$$ is made here and thats all we care about. :)
