Well - that is debatable.

Mr Vance now owns 4x the shares as Mr. McNally. Think about being outdone by a guy who is under investigation for shareholder fraud. If McNally is an engineer first, fine, then hire him as Genova's assistant. But he sure as hell ain't a general.
