You realize why this stock is still "affordable"? The moment official Helio channel even mentions CYIO or confirms CYIO rumor - it will be too late to buy, the "ask" will just move to .99 cents. boom! in fact i think you wont be able to buy it under 1-2$ period (we ran to 40cents on pure Due Diligence! imagine actual news!!). If you dont have a position already in place it will be too late to enter for "cheap". Simple as that.
