SPIN's value is QVH and its NOLs. Period. SPIN's mgmt is worthless to a company who knows what it is doing other than for purposes of showing where the skeleton's are hidden.

The insider ownership and what they purchased stock for is not relevant other than as an influencing factor on THEIR DECISION MAKING ... which is already known to be absolutely awful and could again be detrimental to the health of SPIN investors.

The one item that is true is future value of SPIN to current SPIN shareholders is heavily dependent on the RM agreement and what part of the new company current SPIN shareholders are left with. At this point, since SPIN offers little, I expect current SPIN holders to get a very small piece of any new pie. The larger the RM company, the smaller the current SPIN shareholder slice will be.
