Rich thomas is the current CEO, he was not there for the P&D.

Everything about the old GRCU failed. Why would he not buy the old domain and trademark for 2.5 Million?
Because the cost of starting a new company and getting a new domain is a very small fraction of that.

There is no connection between this GRCU and the old one.
