Considering ACCR has no revenue, how is Pat going to pay the lawyer? Does the lawyer know Pat is broke? Hell, does the lawyer know that ACCR has hired him? It has been an issue in the past. ACCR "hires" someone and that someone seems to be unaware of this new "employer."
