OTC update and CE removal

Wanted to warn all investors that the CE could come off as early as Monday/Tuesday and therefore hold your positions tightly. This is my communication with their Washington Corp office PRIOR to last Friday’s uploads.

Before we can begin to review the company's Caveat Emptor designation the company will need to make sure that it is current in its filings, as the company has not provided financial disclosure since 2011. You may check the status of any filings on link below.

I then followed up on whether they had to post 2 years prior financials or if they needed financials from 2011 onward.
