There was no specific timeline set for the 101 decision. The ruling should have been out by now. People saying maybe the Judge is lazy etc. Not likely. Most Federal Judges are diligent people and work hard to get cases completed in a timely manner. It could be a covid delay or it could be any number of reasons. However, it should raise concerns for anyone invested here as it really is the last knockout factor to derail the case. Hopefully, it is a favorable ruling and the case moves forward.
