Spoke with Robert Munck: PR Tuesday

Guys, am in the car but had to pull over. Just got off the phone with Robert Munck from CSLI. All I can say is WOW, Just WOW in terms of what’s coming our way here.

The PR will announce new revenue and financial terms of some of their new deals. Huge, all are profit sharing deals whether it be cultivators or real estate etc. and they are multi-year recurring revenue deals. 5 yr deals guys. HUGE

They have deals in the pipe and plans already done for the year. He was talking about huge deals coming in June on the real estate side, etc.

He can’t disclose but said they were in talks with the largest cannabis grower in CA.

The investor deck was supposed to be general and not specific. Forthcoming announcements starting Tuesday will start giving us depth.
