I think something is happening to US.
VOLUME SPIKE ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
accr STILL # 1 HERE.....THIS IS A SAFE PLACE FOR ME.
it is very dangerous to be naked short accr/i algorithm that it is in OVERLOAD...LOL
obo+nobo always should = 1
in accr's case...accr's nobo(ACCR verified 69.5mln at CEDE +OBO (estimated at 60mln) means we have a proven NAKED HARD PRESS SHORT in our system.
now that ACCR is a verified clean SHELL...OTC Markets has everything...the application, the Disclosure , and the 2 Financial Statements already EMAILED last week...and verified this week starting Feb 1st, per OTC Markets Issuer compliance....
PLUS I am trying to make a real merger happen for my SHAREHOLDERS.
i have worked so hard for many years...even had to plead with the SEC for them not to do a SHELL EXPELL in 2012!!! i have worked so hard, and i love ACCR stock symbol, it has meaning to me.
dangerous to be a naked short in ACCR....and why can't i change my mind on certain issues from day to day? this is an ever changing world...and is a clean SHELL!!!!!!

now, for a real update...accr is a no promotion company. we do not play that game. i made mistakes, and i have learned from them. i will be a good director, and an honest one. i have done and worked so hard to make ACCR a great Company. We are trying to merger.
I had some productive intro call on a merger with an auditable company. now that we are a clean shell, and we fixed our accounting.....YES!
ACCR is AUDITABLE, and therefore....we are attractive to any large private company looking to go public. and our lawyer, Steve Mills is AWESOME!!!
Steve and I are under SIGNED CONTRACT.
back to our financials....our consultant ROCKS!!!! he produced with me an AUDITABLE balance sheet that we plan to let the INCOMING private company merger with us.
we did it...where my MMs take us, I have NO CONTROL.
