Close long CALL and short PUT. Leave open short CALL and long PUT(synthetic short) Very risky but most reward especially if you buy another closer to the money PUT. To identify your risk you can close your short CALL now your risk is limited to the cost of the PUT(s) and your profit potential is unlimited to zero.
