Yea the float is so small here that it can be manipulated in that way if you have the funds. It’s not like their is a billion shares out there. Just look what’s going on with all the Robinhood drama. One or two folks with money can definitely manipulate this thing. Last week I saw a $1 million bid for a slight period of time. There is a big fish wanting shares and the price can easily drop by dumping 5k or 10k shares on the bid with little support beneath it.
