I talked to my client who is mutual fund manager and he says it’s great thing to split and get to nasdaq. He also said grbx will be close to market cap to go into the Russell 2000--it's needs to be uplisted by may 10 to make russell indexes otherwise have to wait until next year and he also said it looks like grbx must file a proxy annual vote def14 to get uplisted as well--looks like they have not done that in awhile.
