Rules are broken all the time in stocks

Do you think market makers follow the rules, they make deals with each other all the time to "work" a stock especially down here.

GME perfect example of not playing by the rules and the big boys can always find a way to cheat.

Again do you really believe the last 2 weeks of dollar volume was only retail?
