Thanks for your post. There is one big difference between the past and now. When the major dilution took place in the past as you and Mr. Ed point out so many times, I was told there was a regdex 504 in place which allows the company to sell shares on the open market. It must be filed within 15 days of the sale. You guys have been screeming dilution for over 30 days. Where is the regdex form 504? There is a 506 on file for private placement of restricted shares. There is no 504 on file for IBCX and your dilution theories are incorrect. In my discussions with Ed Hayter he stated to me that he had a 504 in place and that allowed the run up of shares (in the past run up). He stated that is why he has a 506 in place so he controls any share placements. It sounded like someone else had some control over the 504 as well as Ed. He stated he didn't want to make the same mistake that was made in the past.
