HLplease excuse me but 25,000,000 shares * .026 = $650,000 to borrow $150,000. No wonder PCLT is so f***ed up. Wonder if GG gets a sizeable kick back for finders fee in arranging the loan. Can not believe a more damaging arrangement for share holders.
