In reference to R/S potentials: why I know what you said is way off track...
Based off 200 Bil A/S
1 to 100000 = 2,000,000 A/S meaning bid = $1110 ask = $1350
1 to 10000 = 20,000,000 A/S meaning bid = $111 ask = $135
1 to 1000 = 200,000,000 A/S meaning bid = $11.10 ask = $13.5
1 to 500 = 400,000,000 A/S meaning bid = $5.55 ask = $6.75
1 to 100 = 2,000,000,000 A/S meaning bid = $1.11 ask = $1.35
1 to 10 = 20,000,000,000 A/S meaning bid = $0.111 ask = $0.135
1 to 5 = 40,000,000,000 A/S meaning bid = $0.0555 ask = $0.0675
as you can see the first 2 are super unrealistic...
3rd is overkill, and 4th is a bit high so imo it would be under a 1 to 500 since they only need a $4.00 price point for Nasdaq uplist.
1 to 300 would put it right around that mark but i feel like its too soon for that as well.
If they really wanted to make this Nasdaq I would think the best bank for their buck would to be wait until atleast bid of .05 price point and do a 1 to 80 R/S giving them a $4.00 mark with 2.5bil A/S
if bid was .05 and ask was .051
1 to 80 = 2,500,000,000 A/S with new bid / ask at $4.00 / $4.08
just some thoughts on the matter
