They will do a 5 to 1 split only if they have to. They are going for a NYSE or Nasdaq listing and the share price will have to be compliant with the exchange that they listed on. If they announce strong earnings and the share price increases to where they don't have to do a consolidation of their shares to apply for an up listing they won't. we should find out soon earnings are due within the next two weeks and for them to be thinking of an up listing I am sure they will have good news coming.
