I guess they can employe you since you know what you are talking about, company is operational with products, they created a shell and to merge into it and then they are to raise capital to grow the business.

Your saying they should have this all now, doing what you say would need alot of money, if someone had all that what you are saying then why would someone put there company on the OTC selling for triple 0, they need capital so they can take it to the next level as you say...so with the money you are investing in, you and I, they will then take the money from there shares and invest in the business to increase your share price and there, they will employee all these people you say :)....send your resume to them, looks like you got aloooot of Corporate experiences :) im sure alot of us have a corporate mind to invest in these stocks....
