A good description of how it should happen. I really have no concerns. Just very confused regarding current MSSV trading. Not actually my business. I do not own or intend to buy MSSV shares directly.

If, as you describe, all goes as planned via 8k descriptions, previous LAHO shareholders are setting pretty. More so than I can believe quite frankly.

GSCG has a great business plan and its presence in the cell tech community appears to be growing and their reputation on providing needed services is spotless.

I do expect a growing concern with GSCG and feel really fortunate to have the belief of owning shares moving forward. Those shares will be real at some point and I also expect the pps to rise in accordingly over an extended period of time. GSCG is a long term hold.

Now if I could only get over not having my expected shares in my hand and the continued fear of being left outside the circle. Such a concern rests on the shoulders of many a known CEO through my years of investing that have done so (left me high and dry) and never looked back.

Tell me my current CEO has no intentions of doing that.
