Thanks for asking me to reply back. Again, I'm providing information to help folks evaluate PTTN as requested, due to some of the assertions mentioned here & social media. Folks can use the following information the way they want. Buy or sell, I could care less, I don't have a dog in that fight. I can tell you, IMHO, there is absolutely no proof to support PTTN being a viable anything, contrary to what's being ...... Here is what we know to be fact:
- There is absolutely no connection between PTTN and EV Charge America contrary to what originally was being reported here, mind you, solely because the old CEO of PTTN had the same name as the CEO of EV Charge America. Go figure that non-sense!
- PTTN no longer has any lithium leases contrary to what is being reported by some on this board & social media. This can simply be verified on the more recent of the older financials for that period of time. Not only are they no longer mentioned on those financials, there is no longer any mention of the geological studies that had been going on. Also, shareholders from back then remember the Company getting rid of the leases due to the fact they no longer could afford the leases & geological studies. All I see being posted, is old articles from the period of time prior to the decision to shed the leases. Look at the dates for heavens sake. If there was revenue from these leases, it would be in the financials. Oh, there are absolutely no financials for the past FIVE YEARS! One would think there would be financials if there was Revenue. Um.........
- PTTN has no active CEO, the old CEO recently said "he is long gone and said his name is still listed as the CEO probably because the company can't afford to remove it"
- PTTN has not filed a financial since early 2016, hence the dreaded "STOP SIGN" on the OTC Markets
- PTTN has not release any news since 2015/2016. None!
- There is much more negative that could be posted here such as the lawsuits that were filed against PTTN, and sustained, due to business practices for the period when PTTN was active.
Hey, one can use the information the way they want. I certainly hope my friends & peers didn't get caught up in this mess with a buy-in at some ridiculous pps that can not be supported by facts to sustain it. Make no mistake, this will drop like a rock toward "NO BID", of course, IMHO. Again, I'm only providing information to help folks evaluate PTTN, as requested. Buy or Sell, I don't care, but at least the real facts are being provided for those interested. GLTA!
