Someone needs to tell r/WallStreetBets about the short position here.

Given the GME, AMC, KOSS situations these guys apparently never cover because they can't.

Stock goes from a yearly low of 2.4M shares short up to a yearly high of 4.1M shares short. Meanwhile the share price itself nearly 20-banged in a calendar year ($4 up to $70).

If a share price doubled, I'd expect the short percentage to go down. If the share price 10-bangs, I'd expect the short percentage to go way down. Short percentage at its max barely went down 50% (3.9M short to 2.4M short) over a 6 week period.
