Too many shares at sub sub penny prices. Phil Sands is not a farmer, he's a NYC consulted. Chad was so far behind the competition and he knew it, he had to leave the sector and move on, I have been saying that for years. So, Phil steps in and will restriction, pay Chad his money get the share price into the pennies by a RS and then RM with a profitable company. It happens all the time. This is now a true shell game now. Sit on the sidelines and watch for a while. Just do not buy any shares for a year or two, IMO.
