I suppose one could have someone stick a 6 pack in the casket......Reminds me of an old guy who passed and he had a rather good turn out for his send off....one man remembered he had borrowed $50 and forgot to repay it so he put $50 in the casket, another guy remembered that he also owed him $100 so he flipped $100 in the casket, then this Jewish fellow also remembered he owed $50 but didn't have any cash with him so he wrote the guy a check for $200 , $150 more than he owed so he took the $150 cash out of the casket and left the check for $200..

Now if any here are Jewish don't be offended, I remember the day when folks could joke with one another and no-one was offended. No one knew to be offended until the TV folks told them to be offended.

Years ago when I was trailer-truck'n I had a contract with a Jewish fellow and one day I ask him why Jewish folks were normally better off finically than others.....He laughed, denied it, but after realizing that I was using this as a teaching moment for "me"---he told me his secret----the secret that his daddy taught him when he was little----the 1st person he paid was himself, the pay the phone bill, electric bill, the grocer, etc.......but the 1st was himself and all his life he did as his dad taught him....He did mention his commitment to God. I tried as my kids were growing to teach this, a good feeling to walk around with a couple dollars in your pocket....I also remember when that was not so, empty pockets is not a recipe for a jolly day.

Just for kicks, I remember stopping at the gas station and putting 25 cents worth of gs in my mother-bike, cause that was all I had, I remember having to buy used tires for 10 bucks, cause new tires were out of reach, I always took another's junk and made do....then one day we turned into a throw away world, lawnmower started to act up, toss in in the dump and buy another, never give a second thought to purchasing new tires and fixing something , well much easier to just go buy another. I tell my grand-kids of this, I don't think they take it seriously-----real sad thing is, we have also come to a stage in human life to where we have carried that throw away attitude to human life----Little girl gets knocked up, just throw it away we can make another when it is the right time & the little boy is happy that he has not responsibility.

Thinking on the above, he makes me wonder just how PO'd God is with the human race.......little by little mankind is totally loosing focus----according to Scripture
