What a great situation to be in. Merger in progress and as soon as they make it official through Finra and Otcmarkets this stock will fly. Don't be nervous about the R/S it will decrease the A/S share structure to 94,000,000 and the O/S to 227,000. So at 50 to 1 ratio, the stock price would be at around .05. The market cap would only be at a ridiculous $12,000. Naturally this stock will sky rocket to a $1 within a month of the reverse split. I have seen it happened a few times before with a O/S this low. Also Before the Reverse Split , they will start releasing filings through Otcmarkets which will Push the stock higher as well. They won't be able to file for the Reverse Split with Finra until they are current. Can't wait.
