I hate to agree but you are right. And FWIW, if a hedge fund manager is pressing the short side of a 4 dollar stock, he's getting paid too much to shoot ducks in a barrel. Seems he made a fatal though insofar as those ducks ducks had guns.

The one share minimum won't hurt the price as long as they can day trade without Pattern Day Trader rules kicking in. Watching the time and sales today shows a large majority of the trades were one and twos.
