Soco No dilution going at all. Remember this is a fully SEC reporting stock that has been dormant fora couple of years below a nickel. While I know and am in touch with most of the holders, I am sure there is maybe a couple of million shares held by holders who are ignorant about what is happening, who also don't even know about this board.

I do pretty much know the buyers of the million and a half shares traded the past week. After the quick run to .017, I suggested they pull back to the .0.10 area to clean out some loose stock then take it higher a few cents at a time.

There will be no new shares issued until a merger deal is closed
