I sure do not claim to know much....but the time frame of the fleet being dispatched a couple of weeks ago...in serious situations the gov't will move troops well in advance and the general public will learn of it when the gov't decides to release such info....back in 1962 Marines from N.C. were dispatched (in secret) to Gitmo Bay Cuba for the missile crisis weeks before anyone stateside knew they were gone.
