IDenta (http://identa.biz), which was established in Israel, invented the only drug detection tool which detects trace amount of drugs with 100% accuracy.

IDenta’s challenge was the marketing of the professional drug identification kits (Internationally Patented) to a target market of law enforcement agencies, public and private institutions and individuals around the world.
The global need is clear: Police narcotics units around the world frequently experience frustration when they want to arrest a suspect at the scene and begin proceedings, but are forced to release the suspect until the suspicious substance has been identified in the lab.

This is where Skylimit - strategic marketing solutions entered the picture. Our mission is to initiate and effectively execute a marketing and sales process in the target markets where demand and enforcement ability are high.

Initial target markets for the product were set in the United States and Europe.
In a feasibility study conducted by our US partner, testing the product in the US, it became clear that lobbying at the federal level would be required to successfully market the product to federal agencies.
A local law firm, highly experienced in this field, was hired to conduct a process that would lead to the demonstration of the product at federal law enforcement agencies and got extremely positive feedback on the reliability of the identifications provided by the product.
Furthermore, a market survey established that there is a real need for the product in additional sectors: schools, companies wanting to ensure a “drug free” policy and concerned parents.
Up to date, in collaboration with our partners, we screened and hired independent sales companies with presence in Identa’s target markets: Law enforcement authorities, schools, employers and drugstores chains.

Setting up this network took about 2-4 weeks, and doing so guaranteed a quick time to market as well as low costs compared to other alternatives such as establishment of offices and recruitment of local personnel.

From this point on, the sky’s the limit for meeting global targets through the comprehensive packaging of services and relationships we offer.
