The Investment bank taking control here is taking AD*SV also so either they have 2 clients lined up for mergers or they will be using one to merge in themselves.

How Intersection Capital Changed the Investment Banking Game for Their Clients AND Themselves

Along with Intersection Capital founder Oren Klaff, Jack set up the business to work on a manageable number of mandates at a time. They focus solely on projects they believe in, work only with teams they really like, and set achievable objectives that they think will make a difference in the world.

Jack now has the freedom and resources to give much more attention to his clients, be more thoughtful in his approach, and make decisions that are right and smart (versus quick and easy).

This has led naturally to a more synergistic relationship with their clients.

It wasn’t long before he became Senior Partner at GT Securities, where he led the firm’s venture pipeline. This pipeline represented the company’s most strategically important assignments. Over a period of four years, clients in the pipeline gained over $1 billion in revenue and raised over $875 million in capital.

When he joined Intersection Capital in 2012, he was absolutely in love with banking.

“I really, truly enjoy the work,” Jack shares. “I enjoy getting engaged in a client project and really learning something new about a business, putting together a transaction, going out and creating a win.”

Triston Sigerson:
Trusted advisor to Company Executives and Institutional Investors for mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, capital raising, direct investments, corporate development, and board level advisory.

Bluntly: I'm an investment banker raising capital and advising on growth-via-acquisition, and company sale transactions; 13 years of deal making with a $Billion+ transacted and the battle scars to prove it.

Clients we work with: Companies in growth mode (both organic and/or via acquisition) who need capital to scale, or be able to tell a growth story to strategic buyers and drive sale price. Parameters: $10M - $200M in revenue, capital raise transaction size: $10M - $50M, M&A transaction size: $50M - $200M. Industry and geographically agnostic.

When to call: Company with a growth story to be told (not a multiple of their trailing earnings), many times first institutional round of capital to fuel growth, or sale to a strategic where the value of the intangibles is needed to drive premium pricing. Transactions require both continuous problem solving, and expert execution from senior team on daily basis, not delegated to an associate.
