why would a company with $60M of growing annual revs and decreasing debt need to consider exploring such an endeavor?

I'm worried if in the medium run this doesn't go up substantially (nasdaq?) they'll have to take some serious measures like a RS. Not saying they're going to do this in the near future, just saying it could be a road they'll have to take.
