That's not how it was explained to me...

COO Jon Rice had a scheduling conflict.

In choosing either meeting with the ARMY or travelling to Vietnam, he chose the latter of the two.

Since then, the contact person was promoted and KBLB decided not to resume talks at the time...

At least that is what IR stated back then.



Then both side stop talking publicly.
