WE see an obvious strategy in play here in as much as, for whatever reason, doing the plan under the umbrella of any version of aawc was not going to cut it in the eyes of MR. Cutler.

If this is set up they way it might be, there is a two year clock running on this whereby if a candidate target for a merger is not identified, all the money collected will have to be returned to investors...if i am right about the merger plan here. Now, my bet would be that Cutler & Green already have such a candidate and soon enough we'll find out how lucrative this play will or will not be. Forward Split?

Cant rule it out but it won't happen if part of the plan includes uplisting to a big board.

Now that those of us who have hung on have had a chance to cool down it would sure be nice to get some communication from the boys but their current structure does not require them to say much.

I believed in these guys before, and despite recent history, I am not bailing yet. I am going to accumulate slowly and humbly. I don't expect to get rich here, but if I can come away with something at least decent, I'll be satisfied.
