Yes, VGR closed 3 days ago. The group of Crown Companies has yet to be announced and is slated to close on or before Jan. 31.

VGR Technology Partners is a wholly-owned subsidiary of XALL. VGR's first acquisition will be Crown Solutions (3 locations; India, UK and USA). That's my understanding at least. :)
