Yes look at CDEL when the 3s were selling off all the sudden CDEL jumped on bid with 65 million! They covering because they lost billions on GameStop and don’t want to lose anymore!

just check almost all OTC stocks you will see CDEL doing it on almost all of them!

also if that wall at 0004 vanishes you can bet the CDEL will be the only MM covering a huge short position!
