No, that’s more misinformation - the “existing management” took over in 2017, that’s over 4 years ago. They attempted to catch up in 2017-2018, then dropped it again until 2020. Interesting that SHOM stated their SS as 1,029,070,012 on 03/31/18. Yet the TA reports the OS was 1,486,704,512 as of July 2018, and they’ve reported that same number all the way back to 07/31/17. Something’s not right there. When the first thing the CEO does is submit incorrect share structure numbers in his OTCM disclosures, that gives me reason to question his intent.

Btw, what they’ve submitted are not filings to the SEC. They are disclosures to OTCMarkets, none of the data is vetted for accuracy.

SHOM never even announced a new CEO. We have nothing but Unaudited financials signed by now CEO, Li Yong.

My question is, Is it “expected” to do well based on fundamentals? Of due to the erratic OTC P&Ds?

The *existing management* took over in 2018...

..expect it to do well.
