Those are your words not mine. I simply asked if Ben will deliver this week? And pointed out that synergy has stated over the past two weeks that they are expecting news from his attorney in Delaware 'THIS WEEK' those are synergy's words... So again I ask....


Will he deliver or will we get another update next week stating he expects news 'this week'
